Microsoft 365 OneDrive package
The Microsoft 365 OneDrive package contains actions that enable you to automate many of the repetitive tasks in Microsoft cloud storage.
How to use the actions in the Microsoft 365 OneDrive package
Note: Microsoft
has deprecated EWS API for Exchange Online and has recommended users to move to Graph
API. Starting from Automation 360 v.29, Office 365
OneDrive package is called Microsoft 365 OneDrive
package. Although the package name has changed, the functionality remains the same. So your
existing bots from previous releases will continue to
work as expected after an update to Automation 360
v.29.
Perform the following actions within the One Drive
package as part of using the set of available actions:
- Use the Connect
action to establish a connection to the Microsoft 365 server.
See Using Connect action in Microsoft 365 OneDrive package.Note: Microsoft 365 packages do not currently support multi-factor authentication (MFA) or single sign-on (SSO).
- Use a combination of actions available in this package to automate tasks.Note: To use actions from other Microsoft 365 packages, establish a connection using the Connect action from that package.
- Use the Disconnect action to terminate the connection.
For an example on how to setup and connect to the Microsoft 365 OneDrive package, see Setup Azure App to connect using Microsoft OneDrive package (A-People login required).
Actions in the Microsoft 365 OneDrive package
Use the actions in the Microsoft 365 OneDrive package to perform an operation on a single file or folder. To perform the operation on every file in a folder, use that action in a loop. See Using the One Drive actions in a loop.Note:
Automation 360 supports the shared drive. To use shared
drive items such as a file or folder, ensure that you provide the link and name of that
file or folder.
