An administrator can disable the Usage statistics option by changing the settings in the Control Room.

Prerequisites

Ensure that you are logged in to the Control Room as the administrator.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Settings > General > Advanced settings.
  2. Click the Edit icon. (edit-icon)
  3. Select the Disabled option.
    Note: The option can be disabled only for On-Premises installations.
    If you disable the Usage statistics option, various in-product updates will be blocked such as:
    • Product announcements
    • User notifications
    • Educational spotlights
    • Contextual user assistance like tips on productivity boost

  4. Click Save changes.
