Manage notification channels

As a Control Room administrator, you can manage notification channels through which you want to notify all the Control Room users.

Prerequisites

Note: Notifications in Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish languages require the Enterprise Platform license. For more information about supported versions for this feature, see Enterprise Platform.
  • Log in to Control Room as an administrator.
  • For On-Premises users, navigate to Administration > Settings > Email and enter an email address in the From this email address field to manage emails. For more information, see Edit email notifications.
Note: This setting does not apply to Cloud users. The region-specific email addresses deliver the notifications in their respective clouds.
After you enable the required event categories, enable the required notification channel through which Control Room events are notified to the opted-in users.
