You can view dependencies and references of a template in both public and
private workspaces. The View dependencies and references option
shows files added as scanned or manual to a template as its dependencies.
With this information, you can understand the impact of the change in a template, maintain better code and reusability, and prevent conflicts.
Prerequisites
Ensure that you have the View content permission.
Procedure

Log in to the Control Room.

On the left pane, click Automation.
A list of available templates and automations is
displayed.

Select Public or Private to view
the dependencies and references of a template in the following
ways:
- Select the template for which you want to view
dependencies. Hover over the actions menu (vertical
ellipsis) located to the right of the template name and
click View dependencies and references.
- Click the template name. When the template
opens, click the vertical ellipsis at the top-right corner and select
View dependencies and references.
- Toggle between the Dependencies and
References tabs to view the immediate files
(parent and child Task Bots or templates).

- Dependencies: Displays the files that the
templates depend on.
- References: Displays the files that
depend on the template.
