View custom connectors

Use the Connectors page to create, edit, publish, or delete custom connectors. This page displays a read-only table of records of custom connectors.

This page displays the list of connectors that were created and are in draft state.

Actions

The following connector actions are enabled:

Connector filter
Users select from preset filters to view connectors. The default connector filter setting is Name.
Search
Search for the connectors.
Tip:

To search the exact phrase, enter the exact phrase and search (for example, Salesforce Connector).

Create connector
Create a custom connector. See Create custom connector.
Delete checked items
Delete the selected connectors.
Refresh
Refresh to view the updated status.
Customize columns
Show or hide specific columns.
View
To view details of a connector, mouse over the entry to expand.
  • Delete: Allows you to delete the connector.
  • Edit connector: Allows you to edit the connector.
  • Publish package: Allows you to publish the connector as a package. After the publishing is complete, the connector is moved to the Published section.

Connectors table

View the following connector details in the table.

Table item Description
State Shows the connector status.
  • Draft: Shows that the connector is being modified. If there are errors, the publish icon will not show, preventing you from publishing the connector until the errors are fixed.
  • Publishing: Shows that the connector is being prepared to be published.
Name Shows the connector name. Click a name to edit the connector.
Version Shows the connector version.
# of actions Shows the number of actions configured in the connector.
Last modified Shows when the connector was last modified.
