The Set Event status action enables you to assign a URL to a calendar event. This is useful for linking meeting details, reference documents, online resources, or virtual meeting links directly to the event.

Settings

  • Use the Session name to select one of the following tabs:
    • Session name: Enter the session name that you used in the Connect action.
    • Variable: Enter the variable that you have used to store the Apple Calendar session.
  • Use the Set status field to select one of the following radio buttons:
    • Accept
    • Decline
    • Tentative
