With test mode enabled for a learning instance, you can process documents and validate the data extracted for a specific version of the learning instance using the Process option.

After you process a document for the first time, the processing time is improved by 30% or more when you reprocess the document. The improvement in the processing time is only available for Automation Anywhere provider.

Prerequisites

Ensure that you are using the Learning instance creator user to log in to the Control Room. See Document Automation users.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your Control Room.
  2. Navigate to AI > Document Automation.
  3. Select a learning instance for which you need to process documents.
  4. Select a learning instance version from the drop-down menu next to the learning instance name.
  5. Click Process.
  6. In the Process Documents window, click Browse to select the files to upload.

    The Learning instance version field displays the version that will be used to process the uploaded documents. If you want to select a different version, click the Cancel button, select a different version from the drop-down menu next to the learning instance name, and click Process.

    Note: Documents with file names exceeding 149 characters will display an error during processing. Ensure that the file names remain below the 150-character limit.
  7. Click Process Documents.
