CoE Manager Plus - Link automation to opportunity

As an administrator, you can review the automations information (in-progress or deployed) and link the automations directly to an opportunity.

Procedure

  1. In CoE Manager Plus, select the opportunity to which you want to link the automation by using one of the following methods:
    1. Navigate to Opportunities tab.
      A list of opportunities is displayed.
    2. Click the search option (magnifying glass icon) on the navigation sidebar and search with the opportunity name.
      Note: To link the automation to an opportunity, the opportunity should be in the In Progress, Deployed, or Completed stage.

  2. Select the opportunity and navigate to the Execution Tracking tab.
    This tab is only available for opportunities that are In Progress, Deployed, or Completed stage.
  3. Click Add Automation.
    The Create Task Bot screen is displayed.

    1. Enter the Name.
      This can be the same name of the automation as in your automation environment or you can give a more relatable name.
    2. Enter the Automation ID from your automation enviornment.
      • Automation Anywhere: Automation ID is same as bot ID
      • Microsoft Power Automate
      • UiPath: Automation ID is same as the Package Source Name
    3. Optional: Select the Include in Successful Execution Count check box.
      The count of successful executions are included in the KPIs in the execution metrics section.
    4. Optional: Select the Include in Failed Execution Count check box.
      The count of failed executions are included in the KPIs in the execution metrics section.
    5. Click Create.
      The associated KPIs are displayed in the Execution Metrics section.

  4. Navigate to Automations tab and click the name of the automation you just added.
    The Automation screen displays.
  5. Edit the Automation Environment tab and select the automation environment from the options in the drop-down.
    • Automation Anywhere
    • Microsoft Power Automate
    • UiPath
  6. Click Save.
