CoE Manager Plus - Link automation to opportunity

As an administrator, you can review the automations information (in-progress or deployed) and link the automations directly to an opportunity.
Procedure
- Log in to the CoE Manager Plus instance by providing your Email Address and Password.

Select the opportunity to which you want to link the automation by using one of
the following methods:
- Navigate to Opportunities tab. A list of opportunities are displayed in the Automation Opportunities section.
- Click the search option (magnifying glass icon) on the Navigation Sidebar and search with the opportunity name.

Select the opportunity and depending on the option selected in the opportunity
intake form for How is the process measured question,
navigate to either the Execution Tracking or the
Transaction Tracking tab.
This tab is only available for opportunities that are In Progress, Deployed, or Completed stage.

Click the Plus icon in the
Automations section.
The Create - Link Automation screen is displayed.
- The business unit the automation belongs to is automatically selected in the Parent tab.

Enter the Name.
This can be the same name of the automation as in your automation environment or you can give a more relatable name.

Enter the Automation ID from your automation
enviornment.
- Automation Anywhere: Automation ID is same as bot ID
- Microsoft Power Automate: Automation ID is the same as Flow ID
- UiPath: Automation ID is same as the Package Source Name
- Optional:
Select the Include in Successful Execution Count check box.
The count of successful executions are included in the KPIs in the execution metrics section.
- Optional:
Select the Include in Failed Execution Count check box.
The count of failed executions are included in the KPIs in the execution metrics section.

Click Create.
The associated KPIs are displayed in the Execution Metrics section.

Navigate to Automations tab and click the name of the
automation you just added.
The Automation screen displays.

Edit the Automation Environment tab and select the
automation environment from the options in the drop-down.
- Automation Anywhere
- Microsoft Power Automate
- UiPath
- Click Save.
