Track the source of opportunities created through various endpoints outside the CoE Manager.

Prerequisites

You must have an administrator role.

Procedure

  • Create opportunity source for the business unit.
    1. Navigate to the Admin-Program tab.
    2. In the Opportunity Sources section, click the Plus icon to create an opportunity source.
    3. The Parent field has the name of your CoE Manager instance by default.
    4. Provide the name for your opportunity source.
    5. Click Create.
  • Map opportunity to an opportunity source.
    1. Select and navigate to an opportunity in any business unit or the nested unit.
    2. Click the Details tab.
    3. Edit the Opportunity Sources field.
    4. Select the opportunity source from the drop-down menu.
      The opportunity sources created in the Admin-Program tab are displayed.
    5. Click Save.
    Note:
    • You can export the opportunity sources list in excel or csv format by clicking the Settings icon in the Opportunity Sources tab.
    • You can bulk edit the opportunity source names.
    • You can use the conditional filter to search for the opportunity sources.
