Review what's new and changed in CoE Manager v.35 release.

What's new

Track real-time value gains from process automation, Document Automation, and queue automations

You can now in real-time track the return on investment (ROI) value of different automation types, including task automation, API automation, Document Automation, and queue automation providing insights into cost savings and efficiency gains. Furthermore, you can get real-time reports for all the automation types into a single view providing an end-to-end holistic view of the financial performance of entire process automations. Finally, you can measure the impact of process automations on your bottom line, helping you make informed decisions and optimize operations.

ROI tracking

Integrate CoE Manager Plus with Blue Prism

You can now integrate CoE Manager Plus with Blue Prism instances to monitor your automations and calculate the savings achieved. This integration provides a holistic view of ROI across your automation landscape. You can integrate any number of Blue Prism instances with one instance of CoE Manager Plus and calculate ROI from all the instances.

Integrate CoE ManagerPlus with Jira

You can integrate CoE Manager Plus with Jira to sync data between Jira tickets and CoE Manager Plus opportunities. This enables project management and resource cost tracking for Jira projects.

What's changed

Improved ROI tracking with dynamic additional benefits and cost estimate components

The additional benefits and cost estimate options are now more flexible and dynamic, enabling more accurate ROI calculation for an opportunity.

  • Additional benefits: Define an unlimited number of additional benefit components for an opportunity, each with a name and description. This enables better cost and error tracking, freeing up resources for revenue-generating tasks and boosting productivity.
  • Additional costs: Add an unlimited number of cost components for deploying an automation, each with a name and description. This helps accurately calculate expenses such as automation development, environment hosting and licensing, and external integration costs.
Accelerate ROI tracking with real-time automation execution data

A new method for tracking automation execution data now enables you to send data directly from the Control Room to CoE Manager immediately after an automation completes. This method ensures real-time updates for ROI calculations by transmitting granular, record-level data instantaneously. The data transfer is done with the help of a sync bot available for download from the Bot Store or with the help of Pipeline Accelerator package, that provides a quick and efficient solution for instant data synchronization.

Redefined and streamlined roles and permissions

Roles and permissions are now redefined to remove overlaps and ensure clear and distinct access levels. This enhancement introduces a more structured and logical framework making it easier to assign appropriate access and while providing a more consistent and intuitive user experience for managing access control.

Revised roles include:

  • Admin: Can add other users to the CoE Manager instance.
  • Dashboard Viewer: Can view only the Dashboard page.
  • Viewer:: Can view Dashboard, Opportunities, Ideas, Pipeline, In Progress, and Deployed pages.
  • Collaborator: Has the same privileges as the Viewer and can additionally create change requests and manage roles.
  • Sponsor: Has the same privileges as the Dashboard Viewer, Viewer, and Collaborator with the added ability to promote or demote opportunities through various stages.
