This topic provides a comprehensive list of all repository operations available for AI Agents, including details on how to run, move, copy, and delete them.

The following table lists all the repository operations of AI Agents. You can access these operations by clicking on the ellipsis.

Actions Function
Move AI Agent Clicking the Move AI Agent, you get an option to browse and select the folder to which you want to move the AI Agent and click Choose. The AI Agent is copied to the destination folder and removed from the source folder.
Check in AI Agent Clicking the Check in AI Agent, you get the Check in AI Agent window, add your comment and click Check in. n option to browse and select the folder to which you want to move the AI Agent and click Choose. The AI Agent is copied to the destination folder and removed from the source folder.
View AI Agent Clicking the View AI Agent will show the details of the AI Agent in view only mode, which restricts you from making any changes to the agent's settings.
Edit AI Agent Lets you edit the AI Agent details.
The Edit button is enabled for the Automation Admin only.
Note: Users, such as the Pro Developer, and Citizen Developer, with the AI STUDIO > View AI Agent permission, would be able to see details of the AI Agent but not edit it.
Copy AI Agent Clicking the Copy AI Agent, you will get a modal to enter the Name to duplicate the copied AI Agent. You can optionally click Browse to select the folder where to save the AI Agentand then click Copy.
View references... Clicking the View references..displays the files that depends on the AI Agent.
Delete

Clicking on Delete displays a message asking for your confirmation and then deletes the AI Agent. You will get a message confirming the deletion.

The Delete button is enabled for the Automation Admin only.
Note: Users, such as the Pro Developer, and Citizen Developer, with the AI Agent > View AI Agent permission, would be able to see details of the AI Agent but not delete it.

Check out AI Agent You can check out single or multiple AI Agents along with their dependencies. You must have the Cancel checkout and View content permissions on a public workspace to cancel or undo a check out performed by a Bot Creator user,

You do not require the Cancel checkout permission to cancel the checked out AI Agent from a private workspace.

Clone AI Agent Create a read-only copy of the AI Agent from the public workspace to the private workspace so that you can have a local copy without checking out the AI Agent.

You cannot edit a cloned AI Agent. To edit an AI Agent in your private workspace, choose one of the following options:

  • Create a copy of the cloned AI Agent and edit.
  • Delete the clone, check out the AI Agent to your private workspace, make changes, and re-check in the AI Agent.
Label AI Agent Assigns a production label to a specific version of an AI Agent. This label is used to choose which version to export. The AI Agent must be checked into the public workspace, and you must have the Label bots permission. For more information, refer to Assign label to an automation.
