Move action in Microsoft 365 Outlook package

Use the Move action in the Microsoft 365 Outlook package to move an email from one folder to another in the mailbox. Ensure that you use this action within a Loop action.

Settings

  • In the Microsoft 365 Outlook session field, click one of the following tabs:
    • Session name: to enter the session name that you have used in the Connect action.
    • Variable: to specify a session variable that can be used to share that session with other child bots.
  • Use the Destination folder path field to enter the destination folder path that you want to move the email to.

    For example, Inbox/finance/April.
