About Forms
- Updated: 2026/06/12
Forms in Automation 360 is a no-code form builder that enables you to create structured, interactive interfaces for collecting input from human participants during an automation process.
Forms serve as the primary mechanism for human-in-the-loop steps, allowing users to review
data, make decisions, and submit information that drives the next stage of a process.
Using Forms, you can:
- Build custom forms using a drag-and-drop interface with a library of input controls such as text fields, dropdowns, date pickers, checkboxes, and file uploads
- Bind form fields to process variables so that data flows seamlessly between the form and the surrounding automation
- Apply validation rules to show or hide fields and enforce data integrity based on user input.
- Assign forms to participants — specific users, groups, or roles — as part of a human task step in the Process editor.
