Move a Box file to another folder and optionally overwrite a same-named file in the destination.

Settings

  • Use the Session name field to select one of the following options:
    • Session name: Enter the name of the session used to open the presentation with the Open action.

      (Optional) Click the Insert a value icon to select an existing variable that you have used to store the default session name.

    • Variable: Enter the name of the variable that you have used to store the session name.
  • Source file ID: Specify the Box file ID to move.
  • Destination folder ID: Specify the Box destination folder ID to move the file.
  • Overwrite file if exists: Select to overwrite a same-named file in the destination folder.
  • Assign output to a variable: Create or choose a String variable to store the table data. The output returns the ID of the moved file.
