The insert media action enables you to insert an image or other media file into an open Pages document at a chosen page and size. You can use it to automatically add logos, screenshots, charts, product images, or any other media to a document without manual editing.

Prerequisite

Before using this action, ensure that you first use the Set Document Properties action in your automation. The page orientation or custom size set in the Set Document Properties action along with the X and Y position values specified in the Insert media action determines the position and accurately places your media in your document.
