Review what's new and changed, and the fixes and limitations in Process Discovery for the v.40 release.

What's new

Logging and auditing of administrative actions
Administrators can now use enhanced audit logging for configuration management actions across supported admin modules. Each audit log entry includes an auto-incremented version number to help track configuration changes over time for the same item. The audit logging service records all:
  • Create, update, and delete actions performed by authorized users, including the user who performed the action
  • Action type
  • Affected configuration data
  • Previous and updated values
To simplify troubleshooting, compliance reviews, and operational audits, you can search audit logs by:
  • Admin user
  • Action type
  • Configuration type
  • Date range
The audit logging framework is designed to maintain data integrity because audit records cannot be modified after they are written. The logging operations are optimized to minimize the impact on admin workflows and maintain acceptable API response times. See, Audit logs for Process Discovery.
