COE Manager extends automation value tracking beyond savings and ROI by enabling custom, user-defined business process KPIs at the opportunity level.

These KPIs can be visualized with standard chart types and explored down to individual bots as values are captured during production execution, providing a clearer view of how automation drives both operational and business outcomes.

Procedure

  • Create a new business KPI using these steps.
    1. Select the business unit or the nested unit for which you want to create a custom business KPIs.
    2. Navigate to the Business KPI.
    3. Click the Plus icon to create a business KPI. The Create Business KPI form is displayed.
    4. The business unit or the nested unit is automatically selected in the Parent field.
    5. Enter a Name for the business KPI.
    6. Select the KPI Type from the drop-down menu. It can be Numeric or Business KPI List.
    7. Select the Optimization Direction from the drop-down menu. It can be Higher is Better or Lower is Better.
    8. Enter the Threshold.
    9. Click Create.
  • Create an Opportunity KPI using these steps.
    1. Navigate to the Opportunities.
    2. Select an existing opportunity under Opportunities section. If there are no opportunities, create a new one and open it. See Create and manage opportunity.
    3. Click Opportunity KPI.
    4. Click the Plus icon to create a new opportunity KPI. The Create Opportunity KPI form is displayed.
    5. The opportunity is automatically selected in the Parent field.
    6. Enter a Name for the opportunity KPI.
    7. From the drop-down menu, select the Business KPI that is defined at the business unit level to map it appropriately.
    8. Enter the Threshold.
    9. Click Create.
  • Create a custom dashboard for business KPI or opportunity KPI.
    1. Navigate to Dashboards section on the left tab.
    2. Click Create Dashboard.
    3. Enter a Name for the custom dashboard.
    4. Select the Privacy for this dashboard. It can be Private or Public.
      Note: A Public dashboard is visible to all users with access to the relevant context type, such as opportunity. A Private dashboard is only visible to the creator and users assigned a role on that dashboard, and is marked with a lock icon.
    5. Select the Context from the drop-down menu. It can be either a Business KPI or Opportunity KPI.
      Note: Business KPIs are defined at the business unit level, so selecting a business KPI will display data for the entire business unit. In contrast, selecting an opportunity KPI will limit the data to that specific opportunity only.
    6. Click Create.
    7. Click the Plus icon to create a new section.
    8. Select any type from the list provided, such as table, chart, card, or others
    9. Click Settings and fill the details in the Settings intake form.
    10. Click Save.
