The Set document properties action enables you to set page size and orientation for a Pages document. Use this action before layout-sensitive actions such as inserting tables or media at fixed positions.

Settings

  • Use the Session name field to select one of the following options:
    • Session name: Enter the name of the session used to open the presentation with the Open action.

      (Optional) Click the Insert a value icon to select an existing variable that you have used to store the default session name.

    • Variable: Enter the name of the variable that you have used to store the session name.
  • Select paper size: Select one of the following options to specify the paper size:
    • Default: Specify the predefined paper size from the list.
    • Page orientation: Choose the page orientation for the selected paper size, either Portrait or Landscape.
    • Custom: Specify the Width and Height of the custom page in centimeters.
