Delete redundant or unused projects in Standard Forms.

Prerequisites

Ensure that you are using the Standard Forms model creator user to log in to the Control Room. See Document Automation users.
Important: Before you delete a project, understand that the project and all related documents will be deleted permanently and cannot be restored.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your Control Room.
  2. Navigate to AI > Document Automation.
  3. Click Standard Forms.
  4. Find the project that you want to delete, point to the vertical ellipsis (vertical ellipsis icon) icon (three dots), and click the delete (Delete project icon) icon.
  5. Ensure that you read and understand the risk involved in deleting the project, and click Yes.
    When the delete project process is in progress, you will not be able to upload training documents or edit the project.
