The Get issue retrieves the details of the specified issue within the specified Jira instance. The action saves the entire issue details in a single dictionary variable or specific details in multiple individual variables.

This action uses the authentication details in the Connect action for authenticate the issue detail retrieval.

Settings

The following settings are available in Get issue action:

Session name
The session name defined in the Connect action.
Issue key
The Jira issue key for which the details must be retrieved.
Assign issue to variable
