Download a file from Box to a local folder with optional overwrite handling.

Settings

  • Use the Session name field to select one of the following options:
    • Session name: Enter the name of the session used to open the presentation with the Open action.

      (Optional) Click the Insert a value icon to select an existing variable that you have used to store the default session name.

    • Variable: Enter the name of the variable that you have used to store the session name.
  • File ID: Specify the Box file ID to download.
  • Destination folder path: Specify the local destination folder path for the downloaded file. The input must be a folder path.
  • Overwrite file if exists (Optional): Select this option to overwrite an existing local file with the same name.
  • Assign output to a variable: Create or choose a Boolean variable to store the data.
