Add user to group action in the Okta package

Use Add user to group action to add an existing Okta user to a specific Okta group.

Note: Before adding a user, ensure that the group exists in the Okta app.

Settings

  • Session name: Enter the name of the Okta session that you have used in the Connect action. The default session value is Default.
  • Group ID: Enter the target group ID from the Okta app.
  • User ID: Enter the Okta user ID to add the user.
  • Assign output to variable: Create a variable to store the output of type boolean. This variable indicates whether the action was successful.
