Add user to group action in the Okta package

Use Add user to group action to add an existing Okta user to a specific Okta group.

Note: Before adding a user, ensure that the group exists in the Okta app.

Settings

The following settings are available in the Add user to group action:

Session name
Enter the name of the Okta session that you have used in the Connect action. The default session value is Default.
Group ID
Enter the target group ID from the Okta app. This field is required.
User ID
Enter the Okta user ID to add the user. This field is required.
Assign output to variable
Create a variable to store the output of type boolean. This variable indicates whether the action was successful.
