Configure enterprise applications
You must configure the enterprise applications (such as Salesforce, Apigee, ServiceNow, and so on) and make note of the authentication details (such as such as client ID, client secret, authorization URL, and so on) to use the OAuth connection in the Control Room.
To configure the third-party enterprise applications, review the following topics:
- Apigee Connect
- Genesys authentication action
- Salesforce Authentication action
- ServiceNow authentication action
- SharePoint authenticate action
- Connect action for Google packages
- Connect action for Microsoft 365 Calendar package
- Connect action for Microsoft 365 Excel package
- Connect action for Microsoft 365 OneDrive package
The following table provides information about the enterprise application access and refresh tokens:
Third-party providers | Maximum duration of access token | Can you configure the access token duration? | Maximum duration of refresh token | Can you configure the refresh token duration? | Can the Control Room auto renew the access token? |

specifying the expires_in parameter when you
authenticate. |
The refresh tokens granted by the Google Auth server never expire. However, there are a few reasons why a granted refresh token might not work. See Refresh token expiration. | No | Yes |
