Using the IQ Bot - DA Bridge package

Use the IQ Bot - DA Bridge package to move your existing IQ Bot learning instances to Document Automation.

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Set up your Document Automation environment. See Set up your Document Automation environment.
  2. Add validation rules to your Document Automation learning instances. See Validation rules in Document Automation.
  3. Optional: Configure a Task Bot to include the Get document data and Update document data actions in the Document Extraction package to update or modify the extracted data. See Document Extraction package.
  4. Optional: Integrate or modify any changes required to the document processing workflow.
    For example, if you were using a Task Bot to upload documents to IQ Bot, you can similarly create a Task Bot and use the Create a Request action in the Process Composer package to upload documents.
  5. Disable any IQ Bot dependencies that are no longer required in IQ Bot. You can use the Automation Co-Pilot process to track the file status.
