Administrators can create GDPR reports for specified users.

Prerequisites

Ensure that you have the View and manage compliance reports permission.
Note: The Compliance reports option is available only on Cloud deployments. For On-Premises deployments, this option will be unavailable as the data is owned and managed by the customers.
Personal information, such as passwords and security questions with answers, are masked in GDPR report output.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Compliance reports.
    List of existing reports is displayed.
  2. Click Create GDPR report.
  3. Select user from the list.
  4. Click the right arrow (→) to add your selection.
  5. Click Create GDPR report.

Next steps

New report is available for review. Follow the prompts to download and view the report.
