How to use Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users
Business users can use Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users to create, run, and access end-to-end process automations across enterprises by connecting bots in the front and back offices. For more details about the business user, see Understanding the Business user.
You can access Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users through the following interfaces where
you can connect to business workflows at multiple touchpoints:
- Web browser: Access Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users through a URL to manage front and back office functions, gathering input and approval from a single interface. With Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users on the web interface, you can create automations using attended and unattended bots. It provides a unified experience to view and organize your documents and tasks, perform actions, and deliver automations with a process-centric approach.
- Desktop: Retrieve and update data with custom forms. You can view and interact with all data from a single screen instead of switching between multiple systems. Using Automation Co-Pilot for Business Users on desktop, you can access and run automations as an attended Bot Runner without logging into the Control Room. Manage routine tasks such as validating data and retrieving approvals with interactive forms, and managing escalations through bots by adding triggers.
- Embed automations: Embed automations in your application using Automation Co-Pilot to deliver automation anywhere you want. Access automated processes and bots from any platform with an embedded interface. You can integrate Embedded Automation with your web application or deliver it through a browser extension such as: Microsoft Teams, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, and Genesys.
- Applications: Execute bots from various third-party applications that are integrated with Automation 360 using their built-in connectors such as: Salesforce, Google Workspace, Genesys, MuleSoft, ServiceNow, Workday, or SAP; and through Automation 360 pre-built Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS)s such Apigee, SnapLogic, and Workato.
