AI Skills package

This package executes predefined AI Skills in the automations that run in the Bot editor supported by connections to foundational models such as Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI and others.
Note: Generative AI models can produce errors and/or misrepresent the information they generate. It is advisable to verify the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of the content generated by the AI model.

Use the AI Skills package to integrate predefined AI Skills with fine-tuned responses in your automation that are connected to foundational models. This would enable every automation developer across an organization to accelerate automation development and achieve a higher level of productivity by building automations easily.

The AI Skills package v3.0.3 is available for use in Automation 360 v.34 release.

Note: This offering requires the Enterprise Platform license. For information about supported version for this feature, see Enterprise Platform.

Users can access this package in the Bot editor by navigating to Generative AI Prompt Template > Execute action and add it directly into their automation. They can choose from a list of available AI Skills and on executing the automation would invoke the model to get response that works seamlessly in the back-end. This helps automate the process of creating an automation and of getting a consistent response from models without any manual work.

To ensure successful automation executions using the AI Skills package, we recommend installing and using Bot Agent 22.60.10 and later.

Refer to Assign roles and permissions to enable AI governance for the Control Room to Bot Agent version compatibility matrix to ensure your Bot execution and audit logs work smoothly.

If you encounter a run-time error during a Bot execution, we recommend updating to the latest available Bot Agent version.
