| Enhanced additional cost
and benefit with frequency selection You can now specify how often an additional cost or benefit applies by selecting a frequency value when adding either the cost or the benefit. A new frequency drop-down allows you to choose between monthly or yearly, and the value is calculated and interpreted based on your selection. This improvement enhances usability and provides clearer, more precise cost and benefit values, enabling more accurate cost–benefit analysis and reporting. |
| Improved cost and benefit
calculation with daily proration The calculation of benefits realized and additional costs is now prorated daily, rather than being treated as annual totals. This enhancement increases accuracy and provides greater financial granularity. For opportunities not yet in the deployed stage, the value remains zero, excluding all additional costs and benefits. When you add a cost or benefit, regardless of whether you select a monthly or yearly frequency, the system automatically converts the entered value into a daily amount and applies it incrementally to benefits realized or additional costs. Benefits are added and costs are subtracted based on this daily value. All calculations are aligned with your organization’s defined financial year, ensuring more accurate and consistent financial reporting across partial periods and fiscal boundaries. |
