Depending on the business requirements, a Bot Creator can perform other tasks with using a process automation in Process Composer.

After a process automation has been created in Process Composer, a Bot Creator can perform the following tasks:

  • Test and Ejecutar la automatización de procesos desde un espacio de trabajo privado: Before you check in a process automation, you can test the process automation by running it in a private or public workspace using the Run option in the Process Composer. The bots in the process automation running in a private workspace execute from the default device of the Bot Creator. When a Bot Creator executes the process automation, they can create a request, enter data in the initial form, and then run their request from the private workspace.
    • Requests created from the process automation executed in a private workspace can be viewed only by the Bot Creator user who created the request.
    • Requests created from the process automation executed in a public workspace can be viewed by the Automation Co-Pilot Admin. Managers and users can view the requests only if they have access to the process automation.
  • Registrar una automatización de procesos: To make a process automation available to other users, you can check in a process automation from a private workspace to a public workspace.
  • Descargar una automatización de procesos: If there is a change in a business requirement, you can check out the process automation from a public workspace to your own private workspace and make changes to the process automation.
  • Access a process automation from one Control Room to another by either importing or exporting the process automation:
  • Eliminar un proceso de automatización: If a business requirement becomes redundant, you can delete the process automation.
  • After creating a process automation, you can create an output variable to Mostrar la salida de la automatización de procesos secundaria in the parent process automation. The end process can then call the output variable.
