The Save as action in the Excel advanced package enables you to save the current workbook in a specified location.

Antes de empezar

The Save as action is supported for .xlsx, .xls, .xlsm and .csv file extensions.

Procedimiento

  1. Use the File path field to enter the location or click Browse to select the location where you want to save the current Microsoft Excel workbook.
    (Optional) If you have created a variable to store the file path, click Insert a value icon to select it.
  2. If you have a workbook with the same name in the specified location, select the Replace existing file check box to replace it.
  3. Use one of the following options to provide session name:
    • Session name - Enter the name of the session used to open the workbook with the Open action. See Con la action Abrir para Excel advanced.
    • Variable - Enter the basic session variable that you have added in the Set session variable action or from the parent bot.
