You can download templates from Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) to your Control Room. This helps you to quickly receive a collection of templates designed for common use cases and customize them based on your business needs.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Control Room.
  2. Navigate to the Automation > Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) tab.
  3. Log in using your Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) credentials.
    You will be redirected to Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) login page.
  4. Log in with your Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) credentials to download templates from Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store).
  5. Select a template.
    Once you have selected your template, you are redirected to a detailed template page that provides you information such as Category, Vendor, Automation type (Task bot, Process, AI skills), Business process and so on.
  6. Click the Access Now button.
  7. You can download templates using the following options:
    • Add to Control Room
      1. Select the Add to Control Room option to download the template directly to your Control Room.

        A window appears confirming that the template has been added to the Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) account. You are not required to provide the Control Room URL, as the template automatically downloads to your Control Room. Click the Close icon to proceed.

      2. Navigate to Control Room > Automation > Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) tab. Click the refresh button on the Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) page to see the template you downloaded.
      3. Click the action menu (vertical ellipsis) and click Add to RPA Workspace to install the template to your private workspace.

        The following message appears: If you have any files already installed in private workspace, they will be overwritten.

      4. Click Done to continue with the installation.

        The installation status of the selected file changes to Installed.

      5. Verify the downloaded template in your Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) folder of the private workspace.
    • Download as a zip file
      Note:
      Note: Using this option, you can install the template directly in your Control Room or download and save the template locally on your device. Then, using the Import option on the Automation page, you can manually import the template to your Control Room.
      1. Select the Download as a zip file. The download begins and you can save the template locally on your device.

        A confirmation window prompts you to confirm the request.

      2. Click Done to confirm the request.
      3. Navigate to the Control Room > Automation > Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) tab.

        You can see the template you downloaded on the Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) page.

      4. Click the action menu (vertical ellipsis) and click Add to RPA Workspace to install the template to your private workspace.

        A confirmation window prompts you to confirm the request.

      5. Click Continue.
        Note: If a template is already installed in the private workspace, it will be overwritten.
      6. Verify the downloaded template in your Agentic App Store (formerly Bot Store) folder of the private workspace. You can easily build automations using the template and perform various operations according to your requirements.
