What's changed
Improved the handling of tab characters in Save email action (Service Cloud Case ID: 02138071, 02171026, 02210697, 02278347, 01816076, 01947470, 01955099, 01961876, 02094142, 02092205)
When using the Save email action within the Loop > Microsoft 365 Outlook iterator, email subject lines containing tab characters are now supported even when the optional Filename is not specified.
  • Each tab character that appears anywhere in the subject line is automatically replaced with an underscore (_) in the saved filename.
  • Existing automations that use the Save email action in a loop will continue to work seamlessly with subject lines containing tab characters, and no error message will be generated when saving such emails.

Fix
After updating to this version, the Reply and Reply all actions in a loop no longer accumulates attachments from previous iterations incorrectly and only the attachments relevant to the current loop iteration are included in the email reply.

File stream support

The Microsoft 365 Outlook package now supports file stream capability. With file stream capability, you can create, run, and manage Tâches API that involves attaching files to emails. The file stream capability enables you to attach files to email by streaming the file from the data source without the need of downloading and uploading the files.

The Forward, Reply, Reply All, Send actions now support file streams in the attachment list.
