Highlights of this release

Here are the top features in the v.39 release:

Co-Pilot for Automators: Build faster and more accurately with natural language
Smarter planning and clear explanations accelerate development and editing for every automation type on the Automation 360 platform. With this release, we are introducing three major enhancements that make automation development faster, smarter, and easier to understand.
  • Planning mode: Turn high-level requirements into a structured, editable automation plan for review before building. This ensures clarity, alignment, and less rework. See, Planification avant la rédaction d\'invites.
  • Explain: Get human-readable summaries and step-by-step logic for any automation, making it easier to debug, edit, or extend automations. See, Expliquer l\'automatisation actuelle.
  • API Task support: Now build, edit, and update API-driven workflows using natural language, delivering comprehensive coverage for Task Bots, processes, and API Tasks in the same Co-Pilot for Automators interface. See, Rédaction d\'invites pour les Tâches API.

Multimodal AI Skills: Expanding application capabilities
AI Skills now support a broader range of inputs such as text, files, and images using powerful new multimodal capabilities driven by your choice of LLMs such as GPT-5, Gemini, and Claude. AI Agents can now process information from various inputs, enabling use cases such as claims processing, damage analysis, and workflows that require visual or document-based context. This enhancement unlocks new opportunities for more intelligent, context-aware automation across the platform.

Accelerate complex workflows with advanced process orchestration and analytics
Powerful new orchestration capabilities are introduced in the Mozart Orchestrator, empowering enterprises to automate complex workflows with greater speed, flexibility, and insight.
  • Universal event listener: Trigger Task Bots and API-driven automations from any app or system in real time, unlocking mission-critical workflows without delays or manual workarounds.

    See Universal web trigger.

  • Split and merge: Build parallel execution paths to enable multiple tasks to run simultaneously, delivering faster execution, a simpler design, and business process model and notation (BPMN)-aligned workflows.

    See Conditions Split et Merge.

  • Process metrics dashboard: Get a single view of process health, including aging, success and failure trends, and a status overview, to understand and optimize your processes.

See Tableau de bord des processus.

Together, these capabilities deliver the following advantages:

  • Real-time responsiveness allows automations to respond instantly to any business events.
  • Parallel processing allows faster execution and simpler design.
  • Actionable insights provide process metrics to troubleshoot and optimize processes.

Secure, seamless orchestration across multi-agent ecosystems with Agent Interoperability
External AI Agents and AI assistants can now securely trigger and interact with Automation Anywhere through the MCP protocol, enabling orchestration across multi-agent workflows with built-in governance and RBAC controls. Agents can now connect instantly and securely with built-in reasoning and compliance powered by Process Reasoning Engine.

See Interopérabilité des agents.

Other enhancements
  • Generative Recorder access controls: Administrators can centrally manage and restrict access to Generative Recorder through Control Room-level enablement and role-based permissions, delivering granular control over generative AI features across teams.
Note: Your existing automations will continue to work without issues.

See Configuration des paramètres de fallback du Generative Recorder dans Automator AI.

  • Open platform for Document Automation : Document Automation users can now connect any LLMs, including open-source, On-Premises, or custom models to Document Automation using Model connections in AI Agent Studio. This capability unlocks greater flexibility for regulated industries and helps maximize existing AI investments.

See Using Model connections in Document Automation.
