Managing domains

Administrators can use the Domain Selection to hide a single domain or multiple domains and set any of the available (unhidden) domains as the default. This impacts the visible domains on the Control Room login screen and Create user page.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > Settings > Domain Selection.
  2. Click Edit.

    The Hide Domain tab appears.

  3. Select the desired domains under the Domain to be shown table and add it to the Domain to be hidden table.
    Note: You cannot hide a domain for which users were added in the Control Room.
  4. Use the Select Default Domain drop-down to choose the default domain.
    Note: If you have not set a default domain, the first domain from the list is set as default on the Control Room login screen and Create user page.
  5. Click Save changes.
