Operating system and platform compatibility in Enterprise 11
Control Room and Enterprise Client both are installed on machines with supported operating systems. The Control Room and Enterprise Client tables list the supported Windows versions.
Both 32-bit and 64-bit OS versions are supported.
Control Room operating system compatibility
Control Room can be installed on machines running the following operating systems.

When installing Enterprise Client, to enable the AutoLogin feature for a logoff scenario, ensure that the lock screen appears and that the CTRL+ALT+DEL action does not appear on the lock screen. To ensure this:- Enable the Interactive logon: Do not require Ctrl+Alt+Del option in .

- Starting with Version 11.3.4, Amazon Workspace
cloud license and bring your own license (BYOL) are supported.
For Enterprise Client to work properly on Amazon Workspace, you might have to disable web access by setting the group policy and updating the registry for the spacedeskHookUmode.dll on all Workspace machines.
Troubleshooting Amazon WorkSpaces issues - Google App Engine/Desktops and Azure Virtual Desktops are not supported.
