Save workbook ação in Excel avançado pacote

The Save workbook ação enables you to save the current workbook.

Considerations

Review the following considerations:
  • This ação only supports Excel files opened from the desktop. When you open an Excel file from the Control Room and update the file, the changes are not saved in the Control Room.

Settings

  • Enter the name of the session used to open the current workbook with the Open ação.
  • (Optional) Select the Throw an exception if saving a read-only file opened in read-write mode check box.

    This option is not selected by default. However, when you select this check box, you can control how the Save workbook ação behaves when attempting to save changes to a read‑only file.

    For example, if you select this check box when the file that you are trying to save is read-only but was opened in read-write mode:
    • Attempting to save or close the workbook with unsaved changes will raise an exception.
    • The Excel file will not be saved.
    • An error message that suggests you to check if the file is already open by another user or to check if you have the edit access is displayed.
    Note: If the file that you are trying to save is read-only and opened in the read-only mode, then any attempt to save or close this file with changes will display the existing error message, whether you select the check box or not.
