  1. 下载 Automation 360 IQ Bot

    2. 解压 Automation_Anywhere_IQ_Bot_A2019_(Build number) 文件夹并运行以下 .bat 文件：
      1. CleanupRabbitMQandErlang.bat
      2. CleanupRabbitMQErlangPython.bat
      3. UninstallPython.bat
      4. UninstallPython385.bat
      这些文件删除了与 RabbitMQ v3.8.18、Erlang/OTP 相关的 IQ Bot Python 的注册表项。 其他 Python 版本不会受到影响。
    3. 重新启动您的计算机。
  2. 安装 Automation 360 IQ Bot
    1. 打开 Automation_Anywhere_IQ_Bot_A2019_(Build number) 文件夹并再次运行以下文件：
      1. CleanupRabbitMQandErlang.bat
      2. CleanupRabbitMQErlangPython.bat
      3. UninstallPython.bat
      4. UninstallPython385.bat

  3. 注册 Automation 360 IQ Bot
    1. 向 Control Room 注册 IQ Bot A360.x。
      x 指的是 Automation 360 IQ Bot 的最新版本。
      通过 Control Room 注册 IQ Bot
      故障排除：
      • 如果在注册完 IQ Bot A360.x 后仍未显示登录页面，请重新启动 Control Room 服务（Control Room 和 Control Room 反向代理）。
      • 如果在成功迁移后登录 Automation 360 IQ Bot，仍未显示域或控制面板，请执行以下步骤：
        • 按 F12 键并单击网络选项卡来查看 API。

          如果 API 未经授权或显示错误消息，请重新启动 IQ Bot 服务。

        • 如果 bots 未显示在学习实例中，请清除浏览器缓存。
    2. 注册后，重启 Automation Anywhere 认知应用程序服务。
  4. 修改输出文件名
    1. 迁移数据后，请确保修改输出文件 .csv 的名称。
      Automation 360 IQ Bot 中的输出 .csv 文件包含其他字符。 如果您正在使用download命令，可以使用以下说明来编辑输出文件.csv的名称：
      • 移除中括号 [ ]。
      • 用连字符 (–) 替换下划线字符 (_)。
      • 用下划线字符 (_) 替换空格。

        例如，如果输出文件 .csv 的名称为 [sales-7d6 961f3d28]_Invoice.tiff ，则应该将其重命名为 sales-7d6_961f3d28-Invoice.tiff。

  5. 验证迁移的数据
    1. 以新创建的 IQ Bot 用户身份登录 Automation 360 IQ Bot。
    2. 请查看仪表板上显示的数据，以确保 IQ Bot 11.3.x数据已被迁移。
