删除 template

您可以使用删除模板选项来删除未使用的 templates，以保持私人存储库的有序性。

先决条件

在删除 template 之前，请查看以下先决条件：
  • 公共工作区： 您必须拥有 Control Room 管理员角色或文件夹级别的从公共文件夹删除权限。
  • 依赖文件夹和文件： 您必须对这些文件夹和文件拥有从公共文件夹删除权限。
  • 私人工作区： 您必须具有 Bot Creator 或 Citizen Developer 许可证。
    重要：
    • 如果 template 已被其他 templates 或自动化引用，则您无法将其删除。 请先移除所有引用，然后才能删除 template。
    • 已删除的 template 无法恢复，因此请确保在删除前不再需要 template。
请按照以下步骤从私人或公共工作区删除 template。
  • 从私人工作区中删除 templates
    注： 在私人工作区中，您只能删除状态为新建或已克隆的 templates。 您无法删除状态为已签出或已签出且已编辑的 template。
    1. 登录到 Control Room。
    2. 在左侧窗格中，单击自动化。

      将显示可用 templates 和自动化的列表。

    3. 选择 template。 将鼠标悬停在与需要删除的template对应的actions菜单上，然后点击删除模板。
    4. 单击是，删除。
  • 从公共工作区中删除 templates
    注： 在公共工作区中，您只能删除状态为公共的 templates。 您无法删除状态为已签出的 templates。
    1. 请以管理员、Bot Creator 或拥有从公共文件夹删除权限的用户身份登录到 Control Room。
    2. 在左侧窗格中，单击自动化。

      将显示可用 templates 和自动化的列表。

    3. 选择 template。 将鼠标悬停在与需要删除的template对应的actions菜单上，然后点击删除模板。
    4. 单击是，删除。
