如果您正在使用 Google Chrome 进行自动化，请确保已安装并启用适用于 适用于 Citrix 的 Automation Anywhere 远程坐席 的 Automation Anywhere 的扩展程序（版本 11.2.0.0）。对于 Automation 360 远程坐席，请确保已安装并启用 Automation Anywhere 扩展程序（版本3.0.0.0或更高版本）。

使用 适用于 Citrix 的 Automation Anywhere 远程坐席，利用在远程 Citrix Virtual Apps 服务器上运行的应用程序创建 机器人。

过程

  1. 登录到 Citrix Virtual Apps 服务器 StoreFront。
    注： Citrix Receiver 已被 Citrix Workspace 应用程序取代。 从 v.22 (Build 10526) 开始，所有主要版本的 Automation 360 都通过了 Citrix Workspace 应用程序的认证。

  2. 根据 Automation 360 版本，从 Citrix StoreFront 中选择并运行以下一个远程坐席。
    • 选择Citrix 服务器 > Citrix StoreFront > AARemoteAgent。
      注： AARemoteAgent是 适用于 Citrix 的 Automation Anywhere 远程坐席 的 Citrix 名称。
    • 选择Citrix 服务器 > Citrix StoreFront > A360 远程坐席。
      注： A360 远程坐席是 Automation 360 远程坐席的 Citrix 名称。
  3. 从 Citrix StoreFront 运行目标应用程序。
  4. 使用安装的 Bot Agent 和 Citrix Receiver 登录到您注册的本地计算机。
  5. 从您注册的本地计算机登录 Control Room。
  6. 创建新 机器人 或编辑当前 机器人。
  7. 选择自动登录功能可在 Citrix 环境被锁定或注销时登录到该环境。
    注： 为确保自动登录正常运行，请始终在断开连接之前注销与 Citrix Receiver 服务器 Citrix Virtual Apps 的关联。
  8. 启动记录器。
  9. 从 Automation Anywhere 记录应用程序选择窗口中，从窗口或 URL 字段的下拉列表中选择目标应用程序，然后单击开始录制。
    注： 远程应用程序在应用程序名称末尾有 \\Remote 标签。
  10. 完成录制步骤后，单击结束录制。
