Bot Agent 兼容性
在安装 Bot Agent 之前，请确保查看兼容的 Automation 360 内部版本。
指南
- 当 Bot Agent 更新为可选时，您可以继续使用之前（可选）版本中的 Bot Agent。这些版本与当前版本兼容。例如，在版本 26 中，Bot Agent 更新即为可选操作。 因此，您可以继续使用版本 25 中的 Bot Agent。 您可以随时下载最新版本的 Bot Agent，并安装在您的设备上。注： 如果您连接到运行旧版 Bot Agent 的设备，登录屏幕上将显示有关最新版本 Bot Agent 可用性的提醒。

Control Room 版本仅可兼容相应版本或更早版本的 Bot Agent。
例如，如果您使用的是 Control Room 版本 26，您可以使用与版本 26 或更早版本一起发布的 Bot Agent。 但是，您不能使用在 Control Room 版本 26 之后发布的 Bot Agent 版本。
- 在 Community Edition 中，当需要更新 Bot Agent 时，Bot Agent 会自动更新为兼容版本。
- 在 Control Room 中，Bot Agent版本显示为 XX.YY.0，子版本显示为 0。 但是，Microsoft Windows 控制面板中提供的版本将显示具体的子版本号（而不是 0），例如，XX.YY.22。 也就是说，如果您的 Bot Agent 版本在 Control Room 中显示为 22.40.0（与Automation 360 版本 32 兼容），在控制面板中将显示为22.40.20。
- 如果您想要使用新版本中的最新版软件包，即使是可选操作，也可能需要更新为 Bot Agent 的最新版本。
- 在更新 Windows Server 2012 或更早版本操作系统中的 Bot Agent 时，由于操作系统的限制，在更新过程中，可能会意外发送系统重启。
