Deployment date Updates

  • This release introduces support for offline licensing in regulated industries. Offline Control Rooms that connect to the Automation 360 Cloud licensing service are now supported through a new offline license file flow. Administrators generate a License File Request (LFR) from the Control Room, which is then used to regenerate an offline license file via CALM with the required entitlements. This file is then installed on the offline Control Room, granting access to all license types and new products.
  • Added support for a new feature license that enables Custom Dashboards and Reporting as a standalone product for select Bot Insight customers. This license grants access to the same custom reporting capability that is included with the Enterprise Platform license.
  • The Automation Credit drill-down page now shows complete credit usage details for all consuming services for each credit type. This drill-down also includes services with zero consumption to provide a complete view of how automation credits are being used.

  • Control Rooms that cannot connect to the Automation 360 Cloud licensing service can now request and apply license files using a secure, offline workflow. This includes generating a license file request (LFR), downloading and uploading license files, and validating licenses without requiring internet connectivity.
  • The latest enhancement to Community Edition user onboarding adds support for Prompt to Automate (PTA), Suggest Next Actions (SNA), and the Generative Recorder.
  • Licensing and Control Room provisioning enhancements enable AWS marketplace-led sales transactions and AWS-only service integrations.
  • The Enterprise Platform license now includes custom dashboards and parallel processing, enabling eligible automations that use split and merge nodes to run process branches in parallel. This enhancement improves performance and throughput across both Cloud and On-Premises deployments.
  • Automation AI credits can now be used for the AI Evaluation service. The Control Room shows detailed credit usage for each AI Evaluation service, while the main license page continues to show consumed and remaining credits.

  • Improved system stability during periodic restarts

Service configuration has been improved to avoid potential deadlocks during restarts by executing database update scripts only during new deployments, rather than at every restart. This change ensures a more reliable and efficient service operation.
