- Control Room이 사용자 정의 모드로 설치된 경우 로컬 시스템 또는 도메인 계정에서 모든 서비스를 구성할 수 있습니다. Control Room이 Express Mode로 설치된 경우에는 모든 서비스가 로컬 시스템 계정에서 실행됩니다.
- 기본적으로 Automation Anywhere Control Room 서비스는 시스템 재부팅 후 자동으로 다시 시작됩니다. 서비스를 다시 시작하기 위해 Windows 서비스 시작 스크립트가 필요하지 않습니다.
- 시스템 재부팅 이후 Automation Anywhere Control Room 서비스가 재시작될 때까지 2분 동안 기다리는 것이 좋습니다. 서비스가 자동으로 시작되지 않으면 Bad gateway 오류가 표시됩니다. 어떤 순서로든 서비스를 수동으로 다시 시작할 수 있습니다.
- Automation Workspace 서비스 실행은 Automation Workspace 플랫폼 사용에 있어 필수입니다. 하지만 Automation Co-Pilot, Discovery Bot 및 IQ Bot 서비스 실행은 Automation Workspace 플랫폼에 있어 선택 사항입니다.
