Search files/folders action

Use Search files/folders action to search Box for files or folders by text, with optional file extension and parent folder filters.
Note: Newly created files or folders in Box might take a few minutes
to be cached. As a result, they might not appear immediately in search results.
Settings
- Use the Session name field to select one of the following
options:
- Session name: Enter the name of the session used
during Connect
action.
(Optional) Click the Insert a value icon to select an existing variable that you have used to store the default session name.
- Variable: Enter the name of the variable that you have used to store the session name.
- Session name: Enter the name of the session used
during Connect
action.
- Search text: Specify a keyword or a name to search for a file or folder in the Box.
- File extension (Optional): Specify the file extension, such as, pdf or docx to filter results by file extension.
- Parent folder ID (Optional): Specify the parent folder ID to restrict results to a specific parent folder ID.
- Assign output to a variable: Create or choose a Table variable to store the table data. The output returns data with id, name, type, and parentFolderId.
