Create a custom role for Document Automation
With a custom role, Document Automation users can check in and check out bots, manage packages, and validate documents.

Provide a name for the role, such as
In the Feature permissions page, select the following:
- View my bots
- Run my bots
- Export bots
- Import bots
- Create folders
- Rename folders
- Cancel checkout
Automation Anywhere Robotic Interface
- View packages
- Manage packages
- Cross Team Read
- AARI Scheduler
- In the Bots permissions page, select all the check boxes in the Bots row.
- Click Save to create the role.
Create users and assign this custom role to them. For more information about the required users, refer to Document Automation users.
