The Automation Anywhere Enterprise platform complies with information security guidelines regarding user session timeout because of inactivity.
An active session with Control Room is terminated after a predefined time interval when it is not being used. Users are automatically logged-off after an idle period of 20 minutes. Similarly, an Enterprise Client session is terminated after eight hours.
The Enterprise Client session is terminated after 8 hours. The generated tokens are validated every 5 minutes with the Control Room. If a successful validation occurs, a new token is generated. Otherwise, the token is removed from the Enterprise Client and the user has re-login to acquire a new token.
