Stopping a Task
Pause or stop running automated tasks while in process.
You can stop a task from running either manually or by inserting a conditional command within the task.
Stopping a Task Manually
To stop a task manually, simply click the Pause or Stop button on the progress window, or press the Escape (ESC) key on the keyboard for 2-3 seconds.
Stopping a Task Using a Condition
You can stop a task by using
specific conditions by inserting a Stop Task
command.
A Stop Task instruction looks like this in the Workbench:
Tip: Stop the task only when encountering a file that is larger than a
particular number of megabytes (MBs).
