TCP/IP error in dashboard widgets

When trying to access a dashboard and its widgets, a TCP/IP error message appears.

To resolve the problem, do the following:


  1. Verify the connection information in the C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere\Enterprise\DWAService\bin\src\main\resources\ file.
  2. Try to connect to the SQL server on the Control Room database or Bot Insight database using the connection details in the file.
  3. If all the connections work, restart the Bot Insight service. The dashboard widgets should now appear.
