Migration updates for v.31 release

Review the fixes for migrating from Enterprise 11 and 10 versions to Automation 360 v.31.

Fixes

In Enterprise 11, if a bot was using the PGP package to decrypt an encrypted file and if the public and private keys were in the same file, after migration, you can successfully decrypt the file.

Previously, you encountered an error when you ran such a bot.

After migration, you will no longer encounter an error when you open a bot and mark a message as reviewed (Mark as reviewed) in the Bot Assistant.

In Enterprise 11, if you have configured a default domain, after migration, you will no longer see a blank domain drop-down on the sign-in screen and will be able to select a default domain.
