Persona overview

The Shibumi RPA personas represent the people within your organization that participate in your RPA program. The titles provided to these personas might not match the unique names assigned within your organization. Use the goal descriptions to help you map your organization’s titles to our Shibumi personas.

After you have mapped your positions to the Shibumi personas, the Topics to cover column in the following table highlights the solution activities most applicable to the persona.
