task
Identify between five and fifteen training documents
For template-based training, the maximum limit of Standard Forms document type is 157286400 bytes.
Procedure
In the Control Room, navigate to Manage > Learning Instances and click Create model.
The Projects window opens in a new
tab.
Click Create project.
Enter a name for the project, click Browse to upload
documents to train the extraction model, and click
Create.
Define the field tags:
Click Add new tag.
Enter a name for the tag. For example, Invoice no. or
Invoice Date.
Define the table tags:
Click Configure table tag.
Enter a name for the table.
For each column in the table, enter the name of the column under the
Column fields section.
When you are done entering the columns names, click
Save.
Define the location of the data for each field:
For the form fields, highlight the location of the data to extract,
then click the respective field in the right panel.
For each row in the table, highlight the location of the data to
extract, then click the respective table field on the right.
Click Done, then open the next document and
repeat the steps to define the locations of the form and table
fields.
Click the Train model icon, enter a name for the model,
and click Train.
Click the Analyze icon, click Browse for
file, and select a document to test the extraction model.
Note: As of Automation 360 v.29, you can create
and train new models in Microsoft Form Recognizer v.3.0 only. If you are in
Microsoft Form Recognizer v.2.1, then you must update to Microsoft Form Recognizer
v.3.0 by following the below steps:
Open Project.
Go to Train tab.
Click Train. The model is created in the Microsoft
Form Recognizer v.3.0.
